At Pasquale Bruni, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your fine jewelry, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Authorization and receive your pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your jewelry in its original Pasquale Bruni presentation box and secure it inside the original shipping carton along with all certificates of authenticity.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided pre-paid label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers have inspected the piece to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
